Returns & Refund Policy 

At Ulitkc.com we believe in adhering to stringent quality standards and quality checks for all the orders that we ship as we strive to cause minimum inconvenience to all our customers.

We want the customers to be happy with their purchases from Ulitkc.com .Returns of unopened, unused merchandise within 15 days of order receipt is allowed but there will be 25% restocking fee along with $15 return shipping charges and any shipping charges paid at the time of placing the order will not be refunded. In case the item(s) delivered in the order are damaged, then share a picture and video of the damaged items with us to get either full refund or complete replacement. Please use an insured carrier to ship the items back.
 

In case of customised orders, the item(s) are non returnable and non-refundable. However, if the customer has received the product(s) which were damaged during shipping then the customer needs to share a picture or a video of the damaged goods and our team would then inspect the order for exchange of the goods. Upon inspection, if the team qualifies the order for exchange of the customised goods then the same would be delivered to the customer free of cost.
