Shipping Policy

  1. Free Shipping on All Orders to within the US Above $200

  2. Orders are sent by the carrier of our choice (usually US Mail, UPS Or FedEx) depending on the weight of your package and where you live. Expect delivery in 1 to 7 business days, depending on how far away you are from Independence, MO

  3. Will Not Ship to PO BOXES

  4. All orders placed by 3:00 p.m. PST (Mon-Sat) ship the same day. We know how incredibly frustrating it is when you visit a store, and you have no idea how long it will take for them to ship your order. Our website has "live" inventory availability. That means that you'll know right away if a product is in-stock or unavailable. So if it's in our warehouse, and you order by 3:00 p.m. CST on a regular business day, your order will be shipped to you that very same day.


     

UPS Ground Shipping is Guaranteed

UPS Ground is a very economical choice for guaranteed day-of-delivery orders.

 

UPS ground service is guaranteed by UPS to arrive within the number of business days shown on the UPS Ground shipping map below. Again, please keep in mind that transit times are computed in business days, Monday to Friday and excluding holidays. Also, you count the first business day as the day after your order ships. Thus, if you are 3 business days away and your order ships on Monday via UPS Ground, it will arrive on Thursday, 3 business days after your order ships.
